2022 has been a busy year for Tendril and we want to share some of the deployments and updates to come.



Tendril Connect closed out 2023 by delivering a series of updates inspired by user feedback. One of the most notable improvements is the new list re-use feature, which lets users call the same CSV-uploaded list multiple times. This means they can strategically target prospects who missed earlier calls, or focus on leads who only received voicemails. In addition, Tendril introduced CRM Disposition Mapping—an adaptable tool that syncs Tendril’s built-in call dispositions with each client’s unique sales process. Currently, this feature supports both Outreach and Hubspot.

The Enhanced Profile Page promises a more personalized experience by rolling together various account features into a single view once testing is complete, ensuring clients can manage their information more effectively.

Meanwhile, the introduction of Fuego Leads addresses the challenge of low dial-to-connect rates. By helping users reach prospects who are statistically more likely to answer, Tendril aims to give sales teams a more efficient and successful calling experience.

These updates reflect Tendril’s commitment to continuous improvement and responsiveness to customer needs.
