Tendril is excited to grow its executive team, welcoming Chief Operating Officer (COO), Rodrigo Alarcon. Rodrigo brings a wealth of knowledge in growing international teams, creating a one team approach and leading innovation.
Rodrigo’s is an international operations expert with deep industry experience in North America and Latin America (LATAM). Rodrigo has been working in the technology space for over 15+ years, promoting and implementing technology with thousands of organizations in multiple industries. He is passionate about meeting market needs with new technologies that improve the user experience.

As COO, Rodrigo will be responsible for Operations throughout North America, including leading Tendril’s implementation and client services teams. In addition, Rodrigo will be responsible for Tendril’s LATAM office in Mexico City with 40+ members from Admin & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Design and Product and Development.
With extensive experience in Sales and Operations, Rodrigo will help the Tendril teams provide exceptional services with deep knowledge and understanding of the sales process, with the objective of providing enablement tools that support sales organizations.
